The Tournaments
A number of tournaments are held during the two-week Championship. Spectators have a choice of Gentlemen's Singles, Ladies' Singles, Gentlemen's Doubles, Ladies' Doubles and Mixed Doubles. The kids show their stuff in the Youth tournaments — Boys' Singles, Girls' Singles, Boys' Doubles and Girls' Doubles. The older participants compete in the 35 and over Gentlemen's Doubles, 45 and over Gentlemen's Doubles, 35 and over Ladies' Doubles and wheelchair doubles. These events are by invite only... don't bother watching out for the postie though... to receive an invitation you need current (or former) skill, and lots of it.
